What can I say…went with Trane and had new unit installed in summer a new blower unit was also install in summer upstairs but “Without” the heating coils..!! Temps dropped to 15 degrees outside last night. You Tried to fix today but only had lower wattage pack…didn’t do anything to help, so now waiting on ontaining and installing proper size.. So…17 outside and 62 in our house after spending $13,000…with 3 space heater going…hmmm! Not thrilled. But service guy was very nice…

Was told I would get a call with cost of repair. Never did. Technician did repair and then had a bill for $1300. Not happy at all. Update: After speaking to the owner, he offered a partial refund which was delivered personally by office staff to us. He kept his word, and I am upgrading my review at this time to reflect that.

Chose not to have work performed. After a quick visual inspection, I was quoted almost $900 to open a wall to find and repair a leak. Worker was friendly, but the price is not reasonable. You will pay $129.99 for them to drive to your house.
