Owner, Brian Stalcup came to service a toilet at my house awhile back. Happy with his work and professionalism, I phoned back when water heater pilot light went out last winter. This time Carl quickly arrived to remedy the outage. An easy fix for Carl, he was cheerful and patient while teaching me how to DIY if it should happen again. It did happen again a few months later, but my DIY did not work, so Carl returned, quickly again, as cheerful and patient as before. Reviewed the DIY to discover what I had overlooked.
