My family has been taking me to the Richter clinic since adopting me in 2021. All the staff treat me as a dog celeb, and I let them. I don't mind going into the lab/exam area without Larry as I want a thorough examination for my continued health. I can also give high marks to the pet resort area. When we pull into the parking lot, I'm hoping I get to stay there again instead of the vet (no offense meant Dr. Randolph -:) ) Your friend, Lucy Dog

Everyone is so nice and easy to deal with. Dr Randolph and the team take the best care of Chapman(Corgi). Everyone remembers him as soon as he walks in the door.

We love Richter Animal Hospital!! They have always done a wonderful job with our dog Gemma, even though she can be a handful! Dr. Randolph has taken excellent care of her over the years. Bryan at the front desk is always so friendly and goes above and beyond to provide great service with a smile. We always know Gemma is in good hands at RAH.

We have taking our dogs here for years. We recently had to make the difficult decision to put our chihuahua out of her misery. The staff explained everything and could not have been more caring and compassionate. The veterinarians explain findings and treatment options thoroughly and are very patient to answer questions and educate. The veterinarians explain pricing and treatment plans up front. I very much appreciate them allowing us to participate in the decision-making regarding our pets' care. I have personally had experience with Dr. McDaniels and Dr. Randolf and believe that they provide the best possible care. The entire staff is welcoming and so nice.

I bring my 3 furbabies here for checkups and any concerns and they've always provided excellent care and patience. All my dogs feel very comfortable with them and I always feel like they care about them individually. Great service and great staff.
