I needed to rent a wheelchair for my wife who was released from the hospital that day. It was a Saturday, and all the medical supply stores near the hospital were all closed. I didn't even know that Rental Stop rented wheelchairs. I called and made the order by phone so when I got there my wife wouldn't have to wait in the car very long. Got there, did the paperwork and payment quickly and efficiently, and they even brought it to my SUV to load it. When I brought it back, as soon as I opened my hatch, they were waiting to unload it for me. Great service all the way around!

Rental Stop was amazing with the order I placed for my husband's birthday party last week. From inception the communication was top tier despite all the changes I made through the process. Highly recommend their services.

Great customer service. I've been renting chairs and tables for my family parties for a few years here and everyone is always helpful and nice. The quality of the chairs and tables are good.
