Absolutely could not be better. Everyone from the front desk to the MA to the NP listened to my issue. I never felt rushed. This urgent care is a great addition to the Pantego area.
I had the Infusion service today in preparation for an upcoming trip, to help with my immunity and energy levels.
The facility is extremely clean and very professional. I came in to try the IV treatment. I called and spoke to Princess who took the time to get me all the information I needed over the phone. She then proceeded to walk me through the online process to reserve a spot. I then did the same thing for my gf. When we arrived on site Princess took great care of us she was able to get us scheduled at the same time so that we were able to come in and leave together. Overall it was a great process and look forward to returning.
