We had water damage to our wood floor and sheet rock. The guys, CJ, Sebastian, Roman, Fred and Chris came and were really great. They explained everything and made me feel at ease. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They were extremely professional and reassuring. I would want them again if I ever had additional issues in the future. Thanks guys
Our washing machine had a major leak. I sucked up about 20 gallons of water from carpeting. I filed a claim with my insurance company and they recommended and contacted Rainbow Restoration. I received a call from Rainbow Restoration about 30 minutes later but missed it because I was sucking water from carpeting. I returned the call around 5:30pm and spoke to CJ English. He was extremely polite and professional, answered my questions, and was at my house about 90 minutes later. He tested carpeting, walls and cabinets for water damage and set up fans and dehumidifiers for the night. Rainbow staff are wonderful to work with. Chris was at our home hours after the fire and created a Matterport video which was extremely helpful when dealing with insurance, etc. The staff was very nice, trustworthy, and accommodating.
