This place is the best. Without the doggie daycare, our relocation would've been more difficult. They take such good care of our dog while she's there. I love the fact there's a vet clinic on site. We've never had a problem with staff or cleanliness. If there's ever a line, it's not because the team is sitting around doing nothing. They really care about the dogs and cats there. Great place to be.

I personally have not had any issues with this location. I lived in Arlington for over 20 years, and this location is always the main Petsmart I would come to. Like any Petsmart locations, I love their very wide variety of toys, leashes, dog clothes, and treats. Petsmart is typically my go to for things like that... I have been bringing my dogs here specifically for grooming since about 2013; however, I will say that in the last 4 to 6 months, their grooming department must have changed. My dog is beginning to show a LOT more stress after I pick him up from grooming. Like to the point that the moment he comes out, he is bolting towards me and rushing the groomer out.... read full review
