We absolutely love Olivia! She takes such wonderful care of our pomsky (half Pomeranian, half Husky), who has a lot of fur, and she is always incredibly patient and never rushes through his appointment. If you’re not exactly sure what you want, Olivia is so helpful with recommendations that will work best for your dog. You can tell she genuinely loves the animals she works with and treats them like they’re her own. Our dog always looks amazing and is so comfortable with her … we wouldn’t trust anyone else!
Always have a wonderful experience in this store. Staff and groomers are great. Olivia is really great with our large and anxious dog. She's willing to work with him and build the trust needed to get the job done. Not sure why Desiree felt the need to slander Olivia like that, we've had the complete opposite experience with Olivia! She is very knowledgeable, patient good with our dogs- especially our anxious one. We wouldn't take our dog to anyone else. Highly recommend Olivia or any of the wonderful groomers here. This location seems to keep groomers and stay busy seems like staff and clients are happy all around which is great and reassuring.
We absolutely love our groomer Kales!! She’s takes such good care of our dog Charlie. He has trouble standing for long periods of time but Kales is very patient with him and very willing to work with us and get him cleaned up when other grooming places were not willing to work with him. Thank your for always making our boy look handsome Kales!
