I just wanted to leave a quick review because my experience was excellent. I’m a recent transplant from Southern California, and I was definitely starting to lose my tan, so I stopped into Palm Beach Tan to get back on track.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted immediately by friendly staff who were knowledgeable, professional, and helpful without being pushy. They explained the tanning packages and products clearly, which made the whole process easy and comfortable.
The location was clean, the beds were clean, and the overall customer service was great. It is always nice to see a business that still values professionalism and taking care of customers.

I wanted to leave a review for this location after my interaction with a young woman named Bella today. She was incredibly kind, and my experience with her was genuinely pleasant from start to finish. She provides such compassionate service and truly seems to care about every customer who walks in. Although she’s young, she carries herself with great integrity and character—and she’s also an excellent salesperson. I absolutely love my new tanning lotion! Bella truly deserves to be recognized for the exceptional service she provides.
I have been coming to the Lincoln Square Palm Beach Tan for several years and the Management is the best it’s ever been. Courtney even before she was the Manager has been the most efficient, knowledgeable and friendliest person I have encountered over the years. You need a Courtney managing every location.
