Matt and Chey are the best. I was deciding between this location and another store, stopped here first Matt gave me a tour, I didn’t feel pressured join. Chey and Matt are very knowledgeable about the lotions there and they care about your skin. All in all experience is great. Go see them.
Always a great experience at Lincoln Square. Employees are friendly and helpful. Today, about 2:30, I was promptly greeted by Matt and as always received exceptional service. Highly recommend this location. Even with the extensive renovations currently underway at Lincoln Square, there is always convenient parking.
I’ve been coming to this location since April, I’ve had a great experience every time. There has never been over pressure to add on or purchase anything extra than my membership - today out of curiosity I asked what other services I could have done and the manager, Matt, was very helpful and informative in helping me choose what service I wanted. I ended up doing the red light therapy bed and absolutely loved it. I got a really great deal so I’m excited to come back for my little spa sessions!!
