I love Palace Nail and Spa! The receptionist Dakota, is friendly, ensures that you are well taken care of, and has a high emotional intelligence. She communicates consistently in English and Vietnamese to ensure Palace Nail clients have the very best experience. Kristy is great too. She provides excellent customer service and keeps my nails looking fabulous. Palace Nail and Spa has a great atmosphere that is professional with an emphasis to ensure the customer is happy.
