We've been doing business with Optimum Air Co for several year and have always been impressed by their service. We had an older unit (18+ years old) that they kept running and serviced. We made the decision to replace our entire HVAC system and install new ducting and there was no doubt in who we'd call to get it done. The crew arrived on time (in fact early) and worked until 6 p.m. I think they would have kept going but it was way dark by then, but the system was up and running when they left. All day they were professional and courteous. They came back the next morning to replace some of the grates that weren't correct and do some more work in the attic.... read full review

Another successful visit from Optimo Air & Heat. I’ve never been disappointed with their work. They are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and above all honest and reasonably priced. I’ve worked with both Edwin and Gabriel. Both do a fantastic job. I won’t use another HVAC company. This company is the best in the metroplex.

Service Specialist Michael did a fantastic job! He was very kind, and very knowledgeable! It took less than an hour to get my A/C back up and running from the time they were supposed to arrive to the time he left. Plus, they arrived several hours before the "scheduled to arrive" time. And phoned prior to arrival to make sure it was okay to come early!
