Erica is knowledgeable, compassionate, and consistently provides exceptional care, making every visit a positive experience. Unfortunately, my experience with the front office has been the complete opposite. The office manager and reception staff have been consistently unprofessional and lacking in customer service. I will continue returning because of the outstanding care Erica and the medical team provide, not because of my interactions with the front office staff. I sincerely hope the practice addresses these concerns, as the quality of the clinical staff deserves to be reflected in every aspect of the patient experience.”
