I’m giving this office 5 stars because of Erica and the medical staff, ALONE. Erica is knowledgeable, compassionate, and consistently provides exceptional care, making every visit a positive experience. Unfortunately, my experience with the front office has been the complete opposite. The office manager and reception staff have been consistently unprofessional and lacking in customer service. I will continue returning because of the outstanding care Erica and the medical team provide, not because of my interactions with the front office staff. If you have teen girls and you and needing to start them on birth control or just educate them on women’s health Erica is awesome !
She is so patient, takes her time, makes hard situations more relaxed! She was amazing!
She answered all of their questions, she talked them through their test results on a level they could understand it !
All 3 of my teen girls see her and love her !

The office staff is all around hands down !

Bre is amazing as well I have no complaints !

My Gynecologist is very communicate intelligent understanding and patient when it comes to your well being Make sure you understand Your issues with your health All d above. The staff at the front desk is very nice and if you don’t understand something you’re feeling out she will make sure you understand and the staff that works in the back is very nice and understanding and intelligent As well.
