Had the seasonal check up this morning from our tech Hayden. He has been checking the system for almost 5 years and really knows his stuff. He is prompt, extremely pleasant, thorough, and respectful. We appreciate the time he spends explaining and/or answering our questions.

Norman Aire service is always on time the tech a been to my home a couple of times and SD is always friendly and knowledgeable and goes the extra mile . It’s always a pleasure dealing with him.

I called Norman Aire on Tuesday evening. They scheduled me an appointment for the next day. Tech arrived a lil after scheduled time. He fixed my AC unit. The next day my AC went out. I called and they responded quickly to make me an early appointment for the following day. He came on time and found the problem. He fixed the issue. Got my AC up and running. Great customer service.
