Shout-out to Shelby who is helpful, friendly, and makes the check in/check out process smooth! As a member of this Massage Envy for several years, the customer service/front office has been challenging in the past. I stuck around because of my amazing massage therapist.
However, with the recent change in management, I have had nothing but positive experiences so far. Would recommend!

I received a facial from Tiffany and let me tell you, it was the best facial I have ever received. It is very obvious of her experience in this industry. She was thorough and explained everything as she did it. I can’t wait for my next appointment with her. I highly recommend her.
