What a positive and welcoming salon! I have been going to Bonnie for years and highly recommend her. She is a truly skilled stylist and colorist and best blowout ever! On top of her skills, though, she is such a delightful person and great conversationalist. After the ice storm//bad roads in February, I had to reschedule and had a split appointment with Bonnie and Nancy. That was a treat! Nancy was great also, and fun! If you have curly hair or want to embrace your curls, Nancy is amazing at making curly hair behave and look so nice with smooth, lush curls. It is an Aveda salon and certainly embraces the pleasant, positive, uplifting vibes of the Aveda brand.

$300 spent on mother and daughter day. Hairdresser was totally incompetent and our color results were patchy and broken. No offer was made to correct it. She clearly knew there was a problem as she took before pictures but no after pictures. We will never go back. I am contacting Aveda directly as this horrible excuse for a "salon" should not be allowed to offer their excellent products. To make it worse some old woman who I think works there was acting drunk in the middle of the day telling disgusting rude jokes in front of my daughter.

I love this salon and the environment!!!! I absolutely ADORE Bonnie and our appointments every 8 weeks. It is my therapy and I always feel beautiful leaving her chair. She revives me!!!!Services: Hair coloring

Stylist didn’t follow written instructions on file resulting in color fade within a week which might have been her misunderstanding that I respect.Request and feedback was responded with blatant defense of their service and I was asked to switch salon without trying to understand my concern.I still went on for a neck trim and she explained her reasoning for not following instructions.I requested a subsequent appointment which was never set despite a reminder suggesting they didn’t care about their business or me as a customer.Either way I am sorry to lose my stylist yet the management arrogance and disrespectful conduct with customers is highly unprofessional for any businessServices: Hair coloring

I went to this place with a lot of expectations from the reviews and recommendations but was by far the worst experience!! The hairstylist Carlie was not willing to fix my hair when I told her that I was not satisfied. I went there to get ash/ milk tea color and even showed her the picture but this was how it turned out. To my surprise the owner even didn’t ask me what the issue was but was very rude and talked to me very disrespectfully. When I told them I had to take the day off because of their delay in service, he told me I should have taken two days off instead for what I wanted. I have never seen a business owner talk to their customers in that manner before. I’m not sure if they provided the poor service because I looked like a young/naive student or because I was from a different race. The whole place had all white employees and customers. I was in there the entire day 9:30am to 4pm. When I refused to pay, they finally redid my hair. I am still not satisfied but I paid for the service because I almost felt threatening with the way everyone spoke to me. None of them apologized or anything, they were all blaming me instead. This is not close to anything of what I asked for. There was only one hairstylist (don’t know her name) who came and spoke to me politely and in a professional manner and listened to my concern.I could have done with her instead but she didn’t have much time. She might have been the reason the place got the stars.I’m very shaken by the whole experience and the way I was treated just because I asked for the service that I paid for!! I had my haircut at this place before and I liked it. It was from a different hairstylist. So I recommended my friend for hair color and decided to do my hair color too. We went there for consultation a week before and was very happy with the way she talked to us. karyl was the hairstylist for both of us. I didn’t even understand the owner made my friend wait for an hour to fix her hair with the same hairstylist while the other employees were free. I wanted my hair to be ash grey but it turned out so bad that i wanted my natural color back. The excuse from employee was that I had my natural black color hair. And the owner said the same thing to me.The owner was not even polite to us, he was refusing to give us a service after messing up the hair. When I tried to explain the changes to karyl after she said i was done, she didn’t even listen and said I have a guest after. She did the same to my friend. She didn’t even care if I was satisfied with the dye. I will never recommend this place for hair color.Service: Hair coloring
