Overall, I would rate Lone Star Roofing and construction at the very top.
Mainly because the people I worked with were friendly, down to earth, very believable and did what they said they were going to do.
In spite of all the roadblocks my insurance company threw their way. That was a real biggie‼️
So a shout out to TERRY and Wes for always being there for my phone calls.
We cannot say enough good things about Wes From start to finish, he went above and beyond for us in every possible way. He didn’t just help us put on a new roof, he fought for us with the insurance company, advocated on our behalf, and made sure we were treated fairly every step of the way.
What could have been a stressful and overwhelming process turned into a smooth and reassuring experience because of his knowledge, persistence, and genuine care. It’s rare to find someone who is not only excellent at their job but truly has their clients’ best interests at heart.

After dealing with delayed responses, poor communication, and feeling like just another number with two other companies, working with Wes was a completely different experience. He communicated clearly, showed up when he said he would, explained the insurance process in plain language, and followed through on everything he promised.
