ReJean, owner of Curl Vibez on Instagram, is the stylist I saw on a Saturday. She did my particular hairstyle well, but overall her customer service skills need improvement. My original appointment was 7 am. She pushed it back to 8 am, but she arrived at 9:15am. I was late to an event because of this. She didn't communicate well via text or phone call. She also wanted to upcharge me $50 when I expected to pay $90. I booked $90 flat twists on her booking site. I asked her can we come to a middle ground, she charged me $115.
