I wish this gym did not try to force people to watch the news. Most people want to go to the gym to unwind and clear their minds, not be forced to watch 24 hours news on every single tv in front of cardio machines where you have no where else to look. Makes you feel more stressed than when you got there

Great gym and great staff. I was visiting my parents from out of town and Chris and Sterling honored a 7 day pass I found online when their gym only offers 3-days without a referral. No questions asked and really nice people. Recommend this for anyone. If I lived in DFW, I'd definitely make this my home gym.

Visiting the area and came through with a guest pass to workout. I was greeted when I walked in and setup with the pass right away. I appreciate the customer service and welcoming environment.
