This is my second time using J Rowe. The last time was a few years ago when I was worried about an issue that turned out to not be an issue at all. I had contacted another company that charged me a lot for the service call and told me it wasn't an issue while treating me like an idiot. I called J Rowe for a second opinion, and their rates were so much better and they explained the situation in a way that put me at ease. They treated me right so I decided they would be my go-to call the next time I needed a plumber.

Myles arrived in short notice on a Saturday. We had to replace our unit and they were able to complete the work by Monday afternoon. He was professional and knowledgeable. It was a great experience at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.

Larry and Augustin came to my house, extended the natural gas supply to my laundry room for my gas dryer. They then installed a sink in my garage on the backside of my washer connections. It took two trips, but well worth the wait since they gave me the opportunity to have the drywall patched where they removed a small section to connect to the washer plumbing.
I have worked with Larry before and possibly Augustin. They are both excellent! I was surprised to have two plumbers of their caliber on my projects.
I’m completely satisfied with the work and continue to recommend J Rowe Plumbing.
