I-20 Family Dental restored my comfortability in being in a dental chair again! Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind. Lacy was my dental hygienist. As I sat down, I gave some context to why I hadn't been back to a dentist in over 3 years, she was so gracious with her time. She took the time to explain the why behind everything she was doing and made sure I was good every step of the visit. It was thorough in a great way. Got to meet Dr. Steve towards the end of my cleaning, and chatted with Kayla at the front desk about our kids as I was getting scheduled for my next visit. It makes a big difference when you can tell that people matter to a practice. Way to go, y'all.

I had to go in for a root canal and I’m terrified of dentist and the horror stories I’ve heard of root canals. Well, I didn’t feel anything! I’m so happy. Definitely coming back for any dental work I need!! They are wonderful ❤️❤️❤️

Dr. Wardlaw is the best dentist I know and although I sometimes feel it’s expensive, I don’t really trust anyone else. I had some big issues and he was there to fix it without breaking my bank account. I’m very thankful to his staff they are very courteous and I really felt like I wasn’t being judged. I have a plan set out and although I’m kinda scared about what all needs to be done, I feel like I’m in good hands.

Went in to have two implant screws replaced. The doctor said he was confident he could get the broken screws out and replace them. I paid upfront for this procedure. The doctor could not get it done. He over stated his ability and was unable to complete the job. When I asked for a refund I was told no by the girls in the office. I have read some of the other reviews and when they get a negative review they pretend like they don’t know the patient so let me make it very clear it was I-20 Family Dental, Interstate 20 West, Arlington, TX. Dr Wardlaw, and staff that ripped me off. You know who I am. since then I have gone to a competent Dentist they got the job done the same day.
