We've been in our home about three months now and experienced a back up that prohibited us from using any water in the bathrooms or kitchen. The only option was to use the showers and bathrooms at the local gym until we could get it repaired. In my mind, a true emergency. Anna was able to reschedule some non-emergencies and get Jacob out within 24 hrs. Everything works great and Jacob took the time to explain the cleanouts in the front flower beds to help understand the problem. Horizon will always be the first on my list as a plumbing contractor.
