We had to call Hightower at 6:30 this morning because our Central Air was not providing heat. They sent their employee "Nick Pham" right away - he did a great job - fixed the problem and now we are very warm!

We have an arrangement with Hightower to check our Carrier Infinity system twice annually. We are so pleased with Hightower. The office staff are great, and the techs who come out are professional, thorough, and personable. On this last visit, Melvin was the tech — and he was fantastic. Checked everything completely, installed new filters, and gave our system the A-OK. He was professional and personable. If you need an HVAC company, and especially if you have Carrier equipment, Hightower should be your first choice.

I truly appreciate Hightower Service, the company and employees has served me with high quality service, from time I initially call in till completing and sign off their service has been outstanding, Hightower and employees thank you for very close to 20 years of service and helping me to continue explaining how air conditions have changed.
