Had a great experience, the massage was perfect pressure that I asked for, and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely return!

Just went today and I'm truly impressed. I had Amy today and she was amazing. The environment was very relaxing, the staff (all of them) were super nice and welcoming. Amy knew exactly what she was doing. Made everything super comfortable. Amazing massage. I've already got another appointment booked next month.

I had a great experience at Happy Feet. The owner is very friendly and welcoming.
I visited twice, and Amy the first time and Wendy the second time. Both of them are very professional and skilled.
The massage techniques were excellent and really helped me relax.
I will definitely come back again

Best one and a half hour massage and foot massage ever! If you live in the Arlington area you’ve got to come by here! Ask for Yuba or Amy!

The massage was AMAZING! My back feels so much better. I am so very grateful to the kind woman that gave me a deep tissue massage.

This was hands down the worst massage experience I have ever had, and I left feeling scammed, humiliated, and completely disrespected. First off, they made us pay before the massage, which already felt sketchy. The pricing itself was all over the place: $70 cash, but $75 if I used tap pay, and $74 if I used a physical card. That makes no sense at all and feels like a scam.

Once inside, things went from bad to worse. The massage started with the door left wide open, even though my friend and I were partially undressed with our underwear pulled down. I asked her to close the door and was told “no” because it would get too hot for the masseuse and “nobody else was in the building.” Except a few minutes later, I clearly heard movement in the hallway, which means random employees or customers could see us exposed. This is not only unprofessional, it’s a violation of client privacy.

During my session, her phone rang four times on full volume. She not only stopped the massage to answer loudly in the room, but at one point actually left mid-session to go talk to customers outside. When she left, she sent in another therapist (who sounded like a man) to continue while I was face down and partially exposed. At no point did I give consent for another person to come into the room or touch me.

When the massage finally ended, the harassment continued. As we were leaving, they blocked us at the door demanding we “sign” the receipt with a tip. I was pressured into tipping $4, only to be told “Only four?” while my friend, who wrote $0, was told she “had to” put an amount. That is an outright lie. Tipping is voluntary, not mandatory, and to force customers into it after such a degrading experience is outrageous.

Some of what happened here is not just bad customer service, but likely illegal under Texas law.
    - Privacy violations: Leaving clients exposed with the door open violates professional standards and could fall under public decency/privacy laws.
    - Unauthorized touching: Allowing another therapist to replace the original without consent is unacceptable and could legally qualify as inappropriate or unauthorized contact.
    - Fraudulent business practices: Misrepresenting mandatory tips and charging inconsistent, unexplained fees for payment methods could fall under deceptive trade practices.

This place is unsafe, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I will be contacting the City of Arlington and the appropriate licensing authorities about this business. Nobody else should be put in the situation my friend and I were in.
