My main reason for giving this rating is that I was quoted a different introductory rate of $79.95, which is what is on their website. Me and my boyfriend got couples massages and when we checked out, they charged me $10 more for each. I just went ahead and paid it without contesting because I did not want what was supposed to be a relaxing gift for me and my boyfriend to become uncomfortable. But the fact that I was charged more than what I was initially quoted did not sit right with me, and the next time I book massages for myself or family, I will go to another location.My second reason for this score was that the quality of my massage was not up to par with massages...read full review
