I went to this Baja insurance Place because I moved and Sandra was great, she was so easy to talk to and had great customer service. She was very good at communicating and for a second I got a little frustrated but I realized that she’s just doing her job and I understood how she was overwhelmed but after she answered a call she got straight to me and told me everything I needed. She was way better at customer service than the other company I was at. Thank you Sandra!

She answered all my questions that I was concerned with, and I was so grateful for that.
