This was the first place I called that didn’t immediately try locking me into an ongoing contract for services. Every other place I called was only interested in upselling me for ongoing service. About 8 years ago, I had termites at my house. I called 3 places. One was Terminix, who wanted close to $8000 to exterminate them. I called Finley's, and for a few hundred dollars, they took care of the problem, and I haven't seen a termite since.
