Got there at 5:27, sign and the website said they closed at 6, door was locked. A lady came to the door and said they were closed. Wouldn't let me in.

Got my hair cut five days ago at this location of Fantastic Sams on Green oaks, Arlington, Texas. The stylist informed me that I could come back within 7 days if I was not happy with the cut. The policy notes that you can come back in 7 days if you are not happy with the cut. When I returned for a touch up I had a horrible experience. I went back to the store for a touch up. When I arrived, the manager stated I had hurt the stylist feelings and she was going to refund my money. When I went to pick up the money, the manager went crazy. She refused to give me a full refund...keeping the tip as she said the stylist deserved it. She spoke to me in a harsh tone while waving the refund money in the air, she stated do you want this money. She yelled and pointed her finger at me when I took the money from her hand...she felt I snatched it out of her hand. She streamed at me "I will knock you out if you ever take money from my hand again". She told me to get out of the store and never come back. I motioned to take a picture of the plaquet on the wall that gave information on whom to contact for complaints. She took it down and placed it behind the counter so I could not take a picture. She called the police and followed me out to my car giving my car color and license plate number to the police. After this, I decided to just wait in the store for the police as I did not want to leave and later have the police pull me over or come to my house. The police arrived and I shared details of what happened and showed the video of the encounter where I recorded the whole incident. This whole thing makes no sense to me as I do not feel I said anything to hurt the stylist feelings. Just craziness and foolishness. I would not recommend this location to anyone as long as the manager is there.

I've only heard good things, but the shop was closed when we showed up for my kids' appointments at 5pm (even confirmed the appointments via text). Fortunately, Pro Cuts had openings for walk-ins,

Donna and Carla are absolutely amazing. Great personalities, too. It was like we’ve been best friends for years and I just met them. Thanks for laughs and beautiful cut and color. Definitely be back! ?

Today I was blessed to have my hair done by 2 amazing people. Nikki who gave me highlights. She was so helpful on helping me with the right color to put in. I loved her energy, and she complimented me, and made me feel so comfortable. Then Donna was my stylist, and she also did amazing. I had an amazing haircut and color with Nikki! She’s so friendly and really listens to what you want. Before making any drastic cuts on my hair she would stop to make sure that what she was doing was what I wanted. She got my hair color spot on! I have received many compliments on my hair. Came in here with barely any knowledge of hair coloring to getting a warm welcome from the staff and Nikki did an excellent job transferring my hair to what i envisioned.
