My SO's house began leaking water onto a floor area following the recent snow/ice days we had in the DFW area. We contacted Brian Kinnaman, owner of Encore Pro, describing the crisis. Brian was at her house in less than an hour to review the situation, where he determined the cause of the problem and provided a free estimate of repair. We knew it was a very fair price and agreed to have Encore do the work, especially when Brian spoke how he would guarantee his work. Shortly after, Brian purchased the needed materials and went straight to work repairing the roof where he also keenly noticed and recommended we have some gutter repair work done. ***** from Encore Pro repaired a section of my roof that was leaking. That was a problem area where leaves accumulated in a valley. He explained how he was going to repair it and placed the new ice shield/flashing and tied it in with the existing counter flashing against the brick wall in the valley. He took detailed pictures that showed the repairs so you can see exactly what was done. He arrived quickly and completed the repairs in a short period of time. His work is high quality.
