They spent a week looking of my car for an electrical issue I couldn’t figure out for months. They traced the problem and broken parts then refused to charge me money I was struggling to afford. They had great integrity, were efficient & purposeful, & they have great communication and customer service. I HIGHLY recommend & will definitely be returning in the future.

If you are tired of searching and searching for a mechanic you can actually trust, do yourself a favor and come to E1 Auto. It is so hard to find a shop that is both reasonably priced and completely truthful, but these guys nail it. They are incredibly fast, and the front desk staff is amazing to deal with. I’ve trusted them with two of my vehicles now and plan on keeping them as my primary shop for everything else. Great people and great service!

Great and HONEST service. Way cheaper than any other mechanic shop on EVERYTHING, and believe me I checked! Not to mention ACCURATE diagnosing! You go to other mechanic shops , they’re just playing guess work and charging you for it until something sticks… if you know , you know . Keep it up e1
