Normally they do a good job but not this time. Charged $23 for two aprons and a chef coat. Put a pin right through the front of my chef coat and looks like all they did was iron the aprons. Also noticed quite a bit of dust and debris

I had a very bad experience at Dry Clean City in Arlington. I took a suit to be cleaned and it was returned exactly as dirty, just put in a new bag. I paid $9 for a service that clearly wasn't performed. Furthermore, another item I left still had the sticker from the store where I bought it, proving it hadn't even been tampered with.
I find this completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I hope they take these types of complaints seriously and improve their service, because this experience was disappointing.
