Based on the reviews, Dr. Tri M. Nguyen, MD, and his staff are dedicated and caring healthcare professionals. Patients have visited for several years and describe excellent experiences with a very knowledgeable and professional doctor. The staff, especially Michelle, is very nice, caring, and considerate. Dr. Nguyen always listens to all questions and concerns, taking the time to explain everything without rushing. Patients feel like they are long-time patients even on a first visit and leave feeling upbeat and cared for. The office returns calls in a timely manner and advocates for patients regardless of their insurance provider. The experience is described as the best at a doctor's office, with a positivity that is catching.
Michelle and Dr. Nguyen have always advocated for me. I've been coming to them off-and-on for about a decade and they've always done everything they could to help me regardless of my insurance provider. It's rare to see healthcare professionals go to this level of dedication. I'm so grateful to have found this office.
Best experience at a Drs office ever. The nurse was so positive and cheerful and the Dr. was thorough not rushed and answered all of my questions. I left feeling upbeat and cared for- their positivity is catching. They made me feel like I was a long time patient and it was my first visit. I recommend and certainly will be back.
He actually took the time to explain everything he was prescribing to me; he didn’t just write a prescription and shove me out the door like another dermatologist in Dallas that I had tried…I really appreciate his time and Michelle was very nice!
