Liz was very Great she help me out of a bad situation due to wrong color of hair that was ship out she wash 2 bundles that had not been wash she sent me to the dallas store to exchange the wrong color for the correct one all the way through this process she was very empathetic and very apologetic she went above and beyond I want to say thank you again Liz with all that being said the in-store Customer service was great and I dont want to say anything else about the first phone call made with the first customer service call again thank you
I visited DHAIR BOUTIQUE today. Liz helped me throughout the entire purchase. She was very informative and sweet. I’ll let y’all know how I like the hair once I’ve manipulated it.
