I bring my husband to his appointments at DFW Neuropathy in Arlington. The whole staff is friendly.Dr. Roberts is informative and cares about her patients.From beginning to end it is always great service.

**UPDATE** Resolution: Dr Alavi called me personally as soon as he found out my issue. He was very apologetic and sincere about what happened. He is working with his Billing to work out the disconnect issues not only for me but for all patients. This really pleased me. We have worked out the issues with my billing. I will be able to start treatment again to alleviate my pain and see his great staff again. I have no other complaints and am very pleased with the service. Give them a try and if you have an issue go directly to someone at the local office. this is at the location in Arlington on randol mill rd.
