Without going into specifics, I recently posted this as a one star review. Major loss of communication regarding shipping is as much as I will say at this point.

I received a call from UPPER upper management about 30 minutes ago. He had read the transcript of my call and was more than humble in expressing his apology for the way things went on my phone call.

He also had gone out of his way, WAY after business hours to get the information I needed and is following up with the retailer and shipper tomorrow.

Called from his personal cell phone. Haha

These guys have a fleet of their own freight trucks so you can get heavy items like aquariums, salt and rock shipped for the same price as smaller items, and not worry about breakage like happens often with the big freight companies. They dont sell to online only places, they sell through brick and mortar shops and so this is an advantage for you as a store owner!They also carry the better quality products for aquariums rather than the cheap stuff that breaks easy or doesn’t work good!
