I've been coming to them for almost 10 years anytime I have a computer issue. They really do go above and beyond.
They give excellent updates on what is wrong with your computer and give you options at every step.
I bought my computer in Dallas, and the warranty there is more expensive than getting it fixed here. I don't need manufacturer warranties when I have computer care arlington!

Daniel helped me through the entire process of discovering the faulty part through the fight of Warranty Replacement.
(Faulty brand new power supply which fried the CMOS battery as well)
He worked diligently even if the manufacturer apparently sent it to AbaDaba by mistake which forced the council of FedEx to decide not to deliver the package to him but send it back to the manufacturer...
And while Fedex may have involved a giant snail in the process everything Daniel did was professional and done correctly.
He even remounted my cpu cooler correctly that the person who helped me build the pc installed backwards.
