My sister and I showed up for a drop in class while on vacation and had an amazing experience! April was incredibly accommodating and helpful with the booking process. Shannon is an excellent instructor and made us both feel so comfortable in a new environment! We look forward to returning next time we are in Dallas!
I participated in a trial class and loved all the different machines and techniques we used. I have a very active lifestyle and this really helped stretch out aching muscles and relieve some stress on my back. This is a great workout to add to my routine. Will definitely be back. Thank you!
I wanted to update my review since it's been a hot minute and the studio has undergone SO many changes. While I have and always will love Emily Wills for bringing classic Pilates to me, the vision that she created is living on with its new owners. We have amazing instructors that continue to challenge me, improve my strength and flexibility, and help me further and refine my practice. I am not exaggerating when I say that you can't find any classic Pilates studio in the entire DFW area that meets this level of excellence. Try it! Your body will thank you... ;-)
