Boss Cleaners provides exceptional service. I had a very large order after a house fire and Boss Cleaners did a great job caring for my clothes and returned to me almost good as new. I was concerned my clothes would be lost due to the extent of smoke and water damage, but they went above and beyond and did an amazing job. I now drive 20 minutes just continue supporting their business and due to the reliable, friendly, and professional service Boss Cleaners provides every time.
They are just cautious about new customers. As a black person I didn't take offense. Paid up front and picked up my clothes in dry cleaned condition. Now when I go there they don't want me to pay up front. Nice ladies just smart business ladies and cautious.
Thank you, Kim and the team at Boss Cleaners! I had issues with another dry cleaner near me who would constantly return clothes with broken buttons. I also had a couple stains that needed address. I got them back fully cleaned and in great condition. I would highly recommend Boss cleaners, not just for their quality results but above and beyond customer service.
Thank you, Kim
