Great experience! Technician was polite, articulate, clean and professional — the kind of person you always hope will be sent to work with you. He checked every aspect of my system, repaired the problem, and then gave me excellent information about the condition of the system and what I could expect from it in the future. He didn’t try to sell me a lot of expensive services or upgrades. He did give me advice about what to do differently when the system needs to be replaced, which I knew was something that needs to happen sooner rather than later. This is the company I’ll use when that time comes.
