I was really pleased with the process of buying new windows for my condominium. My only disappointment is one of the screens was either lost or damaged by ARWS. I paid for the services and was given in writing the fact that they still owe me a screen. It has been over four months now, and I still don't have a screen for one of my windows. When I call AWRS to inquire about the status of my screen, I'm told that they are going to check into it and call me back. They never do!When I spoke with AWRS last month they told me they have the screen.
