We've used A-1 for a few years, and the technician Steven is always polite and knows what he's doing. He's very thorough in checking over our system, and communicates with us everything we may need or can hold off on. We will continue to use A-1 for as long as we have a need for A/C.

We have used A-1 Worcester Air for over 10 years. They are very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They have great service plans. As long as they are in business ,they will be the only company i use for heating and cooling.Service: HVAC system maintenance
