We weren't sure what to do about what seemed to be a leak in our plumbing. We called 24 hour, and we're so glad we did. They responded quickly and were able to find the leak within 48 hours from our initial call. Everything is resolved now and at a decent price. Amazing service. We had been out of the country and came back to find that our home had a leak. We couldn’t find where it was coming from. All we saw was the puddle of water. I called this company because it was the one that was able to come out that day. We were hesitant because of the low rating but we gave it a shot. And it turned out pretty good. They quoted us before doing anything and given all the work needed to be done to not only find the leak with their cameras that go in the sewer line, but the manner in which to access it and make the repairs. Our experience was good and will definitely use the again.We received excellent service from 24 hour plumbing.
