Dr. Brown is an exceptional doctor. His staff is exceptional as well. I rate him 6 stars out of 5.

I’ve read through some of the reviews about Dr. Brown, and honestly, I felt like I needed to share a different perspective.

I come from a medical background, so I understand the frustration of sitting in a waiting room longer than expected. Nobody likes to wait, especially when you’re sick, hurting, or have rearranged your day for an appointment. I understand that frustration. When I was working with my own patients who had to wait, I found that simply explaining why there was a delay made a big difference. I've read some of the OLD reviews. And I think they attributed them to the wrong office. Dr. Farley and his staff are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We love them all! (except the angry lady at the lab, but she doesn't work for Dr. Brown). Doctor Brown, Florence, and everyone there are SO attentive and SO caring. We drive 4 hours one-way to see Dr. Brown because I wouldn't trust my care and that of my wife, with anyone else but him. If you want someone who has a phenomenal bedside manner, genuinely cares about what they do, and will provide the most amazing care, look no further. THANKS DOC!
