I have had an amazing experience so far at Precision Fit Labs. I am an out of shape mom trying to gain strength and lose weight so I can be the best version of myself for my family. I am a beginner and was very anxious about starting but the coach I’ve been training with, Sophia, has been so welcoming, makes me feel good about the work I’m doing and encourages me the entire time! She really makes me feel like I can do this. Couldn’t recommend it more!
