Just had my first laser hair removal and dermaplaning visit. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. My technician was top notch. she was concerned about my comfort throughout the procedures. She explained everything to me as we went along.

These are the friendliest people!! And that counts for everything. They are always there at the desk waiting to greet you. There is always nice music and a lovely scent. It's just inviting and sets the right mood. I have only had limited services so i can't speak for all services but things seem to be going well...so far. There are many medspas and the services are comparable, but I'll take ambience and courtesy. It is also the only spa within several miles and it's a solid choice.

Hannah recommended I do skinpen treatments to help with my skin concerns. She did my first treatment one week ago and I am already seeing a huge difference in my skin evenness and texture! She made sure the process was quick and painless for me and has been so patient and helpful with all of my aftercare questions. I am so excited to see Hannah again for my next treatment in 3 weeks and can't wait to see my final results!
