Jenelle is amazing! I have an older dog that is very scared of the groomer. Jenelle is extremely patient with my dog and always prioritizes her health and safety. I’ve used other mobile groomers in the past and my biggest complaint for previous mobile groomers was lack of communication. Jenelle exceeds at that! I always know when she is going to be here and she keeps me posted if things happen and she will be a little early or late. My dog always looks fantastic, but my concerns for my older dog were wanting a patient and kind groomer and I couldn’t have asked for a better one. Thank you!!

This is our third time using The Best Pet Spa service and it has been amazing. Jenelle is amazing with Smokey and he is always comfortable and loves it. I loved that I didn’t have to drop him off and leave him all day. The service was time appropriate. We will definitely be booking our services with them again!
