For the facial I received (Coco Special) 8 would give 5 stars and definitely recommend them.

Updated-I recently (May 2026) received a Combination Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone 90 minute massage that resulted in lower back pain. I left the massage room in tears from the pain despite repeatedly telling the massage therapist that I was experiencing pain during the massage and when it was complete. The massage therapist's response was that she would call me the next day to see if how I was doing. No recommendations on how to manage the pain and neither she or the staff followed up. I was shocked. I have never left a massage in so much pain.

I think the massage staff needs additional training and supervision on how to adapt when clients state they are in pain during a massage and how to help them afterwards when the massage has resulted in pain or injury. I left the massage room in tears.

I am shocked and disappointed. I have been going there for several years and would never have thought was possible.

I appreciate the kindness of the front desk staff that tried to find a heating pad for me to use for the pain while I waited to be able to drive home.

I did receive a wonderful facial from them earlier this week. That is why I didn't change this to 1 star from my previous 5 star rating.

I had a 90 minute Swedish massage as a present from my husband. It was one of the best massages I have ever received.When I arrived I was greeted immediately and offered water or tea. Since I was 15 minutes early for my first appointment I was able to wait in the massage chair room. The dimmed lights peaceful music and most advanced massage chairs I have seen was great preparation for my massage. Now usually I skip Swedish massages, because I am a massage snob. This experience has totally altered my view.
I especially appreciated the extras, the heated massage table, the hot towel on my back while my legs were massaged, the hot towels on my feet after my feet were massaged, and especially the small heated rice bag across my forehead. Any part of a typical massage that can take you out of the experience, i.e. turning over , or moving to another area, has been thought about and addressed. If you want to feel truly pampered or to pamper someone you love, book a massage here. The price was very affordable. They sent all the paperwork that needed to be completed beforehand so there was no delay when I arrived. Parking was convenient and it was a wonderful surprise to find such a wonderful spa in Anna. Inplan to book a couples massage for me and my husband very soon.“
