Regrettably, my ongoing experiences with the front desk at this veterinary office have been disappointing. There appears to be a recurring lack of coordination among staff, which has resulted in appointment confusion and inconsistent information.
On multiple occasions, I have received differing details regarding scheduling and services, making it unnecessarily difficult to obtain clear and accurate answers. When entrusting a practice with the care of a beloved pet, one expects organization, reliability, and seamless communication.
I sincerely hope the office improves its internal coordination, as a well-managed front desk is essential to the overall standard of care.

We absolutely love Cold Springs! All of the vet techs are great and are so sweet with our 3 dogs. We’ve been bringing our dogs here for the past 6 years and even though we live over a hour away now, we still make the drive because they are so wonderful! Dr. Van Wart and Dr. Fazzino have both seen our dogs and are amazing! Any time we have ever had an emergency or our boys need to be seen, they always find time to see them for an appointment. Definitely recommend this vet for anyone looking for a honest, trustworthy, professional and caring Vet!

Cold Springs Animal Hospital is a great facility. They have been my veterinarian since I got my kitty at 8wks old. The service & people that work there are all so kind, caring & professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to take your pets.

We took our new puppy to Cold Springs for a wellness check up and second set of shots. We were very pleased at the ease of getting an appt on Christmas Eve morning and the amount of time Dr Fazzino spent with us. He was very patient and answered all of our questions.

We just moved to Van Alstyne and this was our first visit to Cold Springs. I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff, the care and gentleness With my dogs, and the trust they seemed to put in the information I shared about my dogs. They didn’t push any extra or unnecessary treatments or testing. Cold Springs will be our pet health facility from now on.

We are big fans of Cold Spring Animal Hospital! They communicate really well, haven’t been late for any of our appointments and the entire staff is lovely. The vets are the perfect combination of intellect, pragmatic and compassionate. My two GSDs don’t mind going and always seem to enjoy their visits.
