I dropped my phone and completely destroyed my phone screen/ display, called Seth and he quickly replaced my screen, great service. I had questions hours after the fact, he answered all questions quickly and offered a bit of advice.
EDIT TO ADD: The screen used was NOT an Apple screen, it was an aftermarket, which kept overheating.
Was given a one year warranty, even though we live states away.
After just three weeks the screen messed up and there’s no warranty unless I ship him my phone. The screen began having a blue line along right side of screen, within two hours the phone is completely blank. Since the screen used was a generic screen Apple will not do any repairs.
Contacted Seth and he was less than helpful in the situation. Cheaper and readily available isn’t always best..

Seth has fixed a few different phones for me.. this last time I dropped it off a balcony and it was completely shattered on both sides, he was still able to repair my screen. He’s always nice, fast and efficient.. for sure my go-to repair guy!!

I went to him to fix two of my phones - it was good until my daughter's phone was dropped and then the screen went black again. I took it to another place and she has dropped it and the screen it's still fine. Now the main reason I am leaving this bad review is I had an iPhone 13 mini that the 'screen was replaced' by him but the issue with the phone was that it wasn't charging passed 0% and when I got it back from him it was somehow fully charged so I thought maybe it was fixed until three days later it died and reverted back to the initial issue - I took it to Apple to get a new battery and they told me all the parts on the phone were original ....... meaning he NEVER changed the screen on that phone and I was charged almost $400 for two phones to not be fixed properly. I came out of pocket again for the 14 pro max at only $100 and the iPhone 13 mini battery was replaced for $75 (& that included a tip). So ultimately I was scammed and as a single mom of three kids living in Texas alone from arizona it needs to be known that you need to make sure you can see what he's doing before trusting his word.
