I just want to start off with the carpet I chose is a beautiful low pile carpet and the whole process of purchasing and installation was amazing when I had it done two years ago. Unfortunately there was a section in my bedroom where the seam was starting to rise. I called them after two years and they had no hesitation to come out and re do the seam for free. If you want that kind of small business customer service with great products I tell you to run don't walk to buy from this establishment. I won't be buying carpet from anyone else from now on. I'm a Very very pleased customer.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with this company. Shawn was professional and incredibly patient with me. I easily get overwhelmed with projects like these and had several questions throughout the process. He was attentive and communicated with me every step of the way.Alfonso was the gentleman who did my shower. He’s been tiling for 30+ years and it shows in his quality of work. The demolition was clean (which I didn’t think was possible). He was very sweet and considerate of the space he was working in. The clean up at the end of every day was much appreciated too.Thank you, Anna Flooring & Design!My shower is stunning! ?

Yay, So happy I found Anna Flooring for our carpet needs! I'm a researcher for any and all things before I buy, so I did my due diligence. I had gotten 2 other quotes before deciding on ANNA FLOORING. To be transparent, all quotes were not too far apart from each other, but I got a better feeling that their customer service and product quality was something that was very important that they deliver to me. Excellent communication and willing to work within my budget. The owner was my point of contact along the way, even came to my home personally to inspect the job after completed. Gerardo and his team did an amazing install! I couldn't be happier!
